Closed enterprise admin system for workforce processes. Auth-gated dashboard, role-based internal flows.
Situation
The workforce-services operator was running daily candidate, contract and payroll workflows across fragmented Excel sheets, Drive folders and email threads, dragging both margin and audit traceability.
Approach
I designed a closed, role-based internal admin on a TypeScript + Node + MySQL stack with Drizzle ORM and tRPC endpoints. Key flows (candidate intake, contract generation, refunds, salary offers) were collapsed into one-step UIs, and every change is logged for audit purposes.
Outcome
Four legacy systems were funnelled into one surface; back-office paperwork dropped roughly 60%, and audit reports moved from a 2-day cycle to minute-level generation.
