Native iOS app for internal operations. Mobile workflows, fast data entry, enterprise admin.
Situation
The web admin covered all desk-bound workflows precisely, but on-site verification, depot data entry and instant candidate review needed to be done on mobile.
Approach
A native SwiftUI iOS client was built against the same tRPC backend. Offline-first cache, biometric auth and push notifications cover the critical steps. The UX is domain-driven: only the workflows for the user's role appear.
Outcome
On-site administration dropped to ~30 seconds per case from a previous 4-5 minutes, and error rate dropped meaningfully.
