Bolt Taxi Quality Audit
Internal quality assurance system. Auth-gated UI for taxi quality-audit processes.

Situation
In Bolt's taxi segment in Hungary, quality auditing was running mostly on spreadsheets and email; auditor work could not be traced end-to-end and structured reporting was slow.
Approach
I built an internal, invite-only QA case-management tool: every audited case follows a workflow (open → review → resolved) with structured fields, attachments and automated weekly export.
Outcome
Weekly reporting dropped from ~6 hours to ~30 minutes; structured fields enabled visual trend analysis that wasn't possible before.
