B&Kheer was offering four distinct services (recruitment, outsourcing, payroll, organizational development) on a single site, but the buyer journey was not mapped, so most leads still came in by phone.
I rebuilt the site + content architecture: each service got its own deep page, its own CTA and its own case study. Structured brief forms per service line, with backend lead-scoring via LLM.
Digital lead share roughly doubled in 6 months, and brief-form submissions are now significantly more concrete than the previous free-text form.
